Steve Enyeart is a native of the Puget Sound area near Seattle, WA. He was raised in an environment surrounded by mountains, the Cascades to the East, the Olympics to the West, the prominent peaks of Mt. Baker to the North, and Rainier, Adams and St. Helens to the South. An early observer of nature and all the beauty that it has to offer—both on land and sea—he began documenting through sketching, photo, film and story at a very early age. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree from The Art Institute of California, San Diego, he spent nearly three decades as an advertising professional in multiple markets throughout the U.S., developing campaigns for brands like Coors, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Samsonite, Western Digital and Colorado Ski Country.
Now, as a full-time resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, he spends most of his time as a media/marketing consultant, photographer and videographer. The desert, national parks, wilderness areas and canyonlands of the Southwest offer a stark contrast to the environment that he once called home, but Steve capitalizes on opportunities to explore and document these new, unique and enchanting landscapes and subjects every chance he gets.
SAGUARO is Steve's second published book. He has also written a travel essay novel called The Legacy Road.
